How to place an order

Step 1: Enter Your Details

To start, press the "Schedule Pickup" button on the home page, or here, to navigate to the scheduling page. For first-time customers, enter your phone number and delivery address. This information ensures that you are within our service area and allows us to provide the best possible service.

Step 2: Select Laundry Services

Next, enter the number of bags you have for pickup. Then, choose between our wash and fold or dry cleaning services, or you can select both. You can view the pricing per pound here. After that, you will be asked to select your laundry preferences to ensure your laundry is done exactly how you like it. There is no need to weigh your garments; we will handle that in-store.

Step 3: Schedule Pickup & Delivery

After selecting your services, choose from our available drivers. If our drivers are not available, you can select the Flex Pickup option for more scheduling flexibility with our trusted delivery partners.

Step 4: Add Payment and Send Order

Finally, enter your payment information. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay. Once your payment information is entered, your order will be placed directly in our system. Additionally, you can adjust return deliveries and easily place repeat orders for your convenience.

Now you are ready to order a pickup.
